Collectors heat pump
The "collector" that is used in for receiving heat from a deep hole in the heat pump system is created by connecting the pipes and head. We supply the separate heads or with plastic pipes welded onto them. HDPE 100+, PE 80 can also be used. The products have been approved for use in the Czech Republic and are compliant with EN 12 201, see Certificate »
Complete collectors contains
- head HV 2 or HV 4
- 50 to 180 meters long pipes (we supply precise size upon the customer's requirements)
- certificate of completed pressure test with the head up to 2 MPa
- certificate of completed pressure test with the pipes up to 1,6 MPa (in case of PE 80, up to 1,0 Mpa)
- inspection certificate
It is required to insist on the quality as much as possible, because the deep hole can never be repaired and the acquisition costs of it are very high. The accessories must have a minimum pressure resistance of 16 bar (PN 16). There is no weld with a material flash inside the pipes or head along the entire length of the collector. We also offer 17 and 23 kg weights to be used for loading the collectors in order to facilitate their installation in the deep hole.
Connecting heads HV 2 and HV 4
The heads are made of a sheet material PE 300, which is fully compatible with material PE 80 and PE 100. The sheet material is machine-cut to the head upper and lower part with channels made in them. The PE pipes are welded to the upper part. Such completed parts are welded into one unit of the connecting head body.
