DUALTEC pipes

DUALTEC is a pipe made of high-density polyethylene HDPE 100+ with protective casing of polypropylene. It is resistant to abrasion, scratches and other types of mechanical damage. The casing
thickness is fully sufficient for perfect protection of the pipe. The pipe ends do not need to be cleaned for welding, only the required part of the protective casing is to be peeled off right before welding.
We currently make the pipes at the size of 32 - 110 mm, however, we assume that we will expand our assortment with 160 and 225 mm as from the second half of 2007.
Products are approved for use in Czech Republic (certificate).

Use
- for laying in trench (the trench can be covered up with the excavated soil with the grain size up to 63 mm, it should not be frozen and should not contain sharp-edged materials)
- for trenchless laying (especially where the pipes can be damaged by unfavorable conditions = no need of special protectors, etc.)
- controlled micro-tunneling method
- pipebursting
- relining
- plowing

Advantages
