Jacket pipes for preinsulated pipes - IZOLHARD
Pipeline is on the inner surface adjusted by lengthwise and cross ribbing to eliminate the slipping of isolation compound in pipe.
Casing pipeline IZOLHARD protects the polyurethane foam from dampening and mechanical damage after putting the preisolated pipeline in the ground trench.
Use of high density polyethylene as production material for casing pipeline ensures high resistance against all common chemicals ranged in ground.
Company MATEICIUS developed new system adjusting the inner surface of pipelines that compared to other so far used methods is apparently increasing the cohesive force
between the pipe and the polyurethane isolation. It is mechanical adjustment by lengthwise and cross ribbing done continuously in the process of extrusion the casing pipeline.
This system is protected by copyright. Thanks to this adjustment is ensured almost perfect cohesive force as in axial so in tangential direction.

Natural environment
The casing pipelines IZOLHARD are harmless to natural environment. Used material is fully recyclable.
Handling
Low weigh of casing pipelines IZOLHARD allows their easy transport and simple manipulation at loading and discharge. It is always necessary to handle them with care, so there wouldn’t
occur any damage.
Storage
It is necessary to store the pipelines in horizontal position on top of each other so the pipeline doesn’t deform.

Fire resistance
Pipelines are under standard conditions highly flammable. Pipelines made of polyethylene are placed in C-3 degree of flammability in standard CSN 73 0823.
In case of
accident, for example fire, polyethylene pipelines don’t exude any toxic materials nor any gases in such amount to be health damaging.
Induced current resistance.
Common polyethylene is very good isolator.
There don’t arise induced currents in pipelines, not even when there is led high voltage near by the pipelines.
